Interview
Sent in a basic application through school career site and received a call from HR in New York about a week afterwards. Went through basic questions (walking through resume, availability, etc.) before being told I would have my resume forwarded to the accounting department. Heard from the Burbank office later on and was told they had two spots open in accounting office. Talked with two staffers in person at the accounting office; was asked behavioral questions and of my accounting ability/formal experience with accounting programs (SAP). Didn't receive the offer because I did not have adequate coursework or experience with accounting programs; however, interview process was straightforward enough.
Interview Questions
There weren't any particularly difficult questions asked; however, it is crucial to have experience in both accounting software and to have a general knowledge of the music industry.
