First round phone call to go over background and hear more about the role. Second round was with hiring manager and head of group. Questions were more focused on speaking to my actual work experience and learning more about the vision for the role. I was then given an excel case study/model underwrite. I was told I did well but company went with a different candidate with more direct experience.
