Interview
Contacted by HR after applying online through school job portal. Had a one hour virtual interview that was mostly case, with a few behaviorals at the end. Then I was flown in for super day interviews. It was an hour and a half with two different interviewers.
Interview Questions
Interview was not difficult at all. As long as you know what a case interview is you should be fine. Even then, the questions asked didn't require too much thinking.

One of the questions asked about how to reverse profit decline. It was about ecommerce and about a specific category of goods that company X was selling. They gave us a few graphs and charts to look for trends/outliers. The primary question was to explore the differences between an online retailer vs traditional brick and mortar retailer, and see if we could leverage their position to find ways to cut costs in ways that a traditional retailer couldn't

There was an online data analytics test, followed by a 1 on 1 Skype case interview. The interview was pretty chill and not too stressful.
Interview Questions
During the phone interview, was asked to calculate the profit margin for the release of a physivalcataloh. Followed by a question determining how many catalogs to send out to ahieve a certain profit. The question is very math heavy and requires careful calculations.

This is followed by asking for recommendations to track the efficiency of the catalogs. Lots of brainstorming and creativity thinking required. Based mostly on your business aptitude and creativity for this question. Overall pretty tricky.

Interview
After completing the online assessment, I received an email scheduling a video interview. The senior analyst who interviewed me asked for motivation and asked me to complete three case studies and two math problems.
Interview Questions
One of the case studies is what I consider difficult. The question is: "How to identify the users if they search the Wayfair website using different devices?" The follow-up questions include: "What features do you prefer to use?", "What kind of model do you choose.", "What are the metrics for evaluating the model." and also "How to solve the problem with imbalance data.". You have to communicate with the interviewer to make sure you are on the right track, and always tell him what you are thinking.

Interview Questions
How would your friends describe you?
An excel based case that asked questions related to seasonality, conversion rates, revenue margins, etc.
Had to walk through the data with them and explain your answers and how they related to the business as a whole. I was also given the opportunity to provide recommendations on how the company could improve the data listed in the excel case. Overall, was not very difficult and the interviewer was a useful resource in answering clarifying questions.
