The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Introduced through a recruiter, told they would consider hiring to their West Palm Beach location, attended back-to-back one-on-one Zoom interviews with two more senior team members, found out they only wanted to hire to Boston
Interview Questions
In both interviews, I built paper LBOs. The LBOs were not difficult themselves, but I was expected to calculate values to the tenth place decimal. I had to manually multiply and divide numbers - should have had a calculator handy., Make sure to know the ins and outs of a paper LBO: I was asked almost zero personality-based questions. Know how to calculate returns and the variables surrounding each lever., Talk through past deals from a buyer's perspective, What is the cash return on an example LBO and how do you attribute the growth to various factors (multiple expansion, debt paydown, etc)

Interview
I was out of the country and had to interview by Skype. The connection failed a few times during the interview. It was frustrating.
Interview Questions
I was unprepared to answer "What is something that wasn't on your resume?" and was unsure whether they wanted something personal or career related. I paused for too long, and went with a personal achievement. Probably not the best choice. The other questions were pretty typical and I think I did all right. I got good feedback afterward and was happy to have had the chance to interview. The culture and the people are fantastic. I know a few people who work there and they are all very happy. Hopefully I will get the job.

Interview Questions
Noting too difficult as long as you are comfortable assessing a company - what are some qualitative facts you would want to know when assessing a company?
You should also be prepared to answer questions about why private equity and why the firm - what about it specifically do you like and what are you hoping to learn as a private equity associate?
