Interview
Applied in April, heard back at end of July for a first round 30 min. phone interview. 2-1 interview, 1 VP, 1 Associate. Was super confident in my story and my technicals (Walk me through a DCF, got grilled on the details, WACC, Terminal Value, then tell me how to do a trading comps analysis). Ask if they have any hesitations to moving you forward so you get feedback. Follow-up 24 hours after. 2 weeks later, got the superday, received an email with group preferences and upcoming/pending interviews/offers. Superday is two 30 min. virtual interviews back to back. 2-1, VP & Associate all from different groups. 1 easy (fit, behavioral, tell me about this on your resume), 1 technical, harder than phone interview (100k fixed asset, 50% cash 50% debt, how does it affect all three statements). Ask good questions, tell me about most exciting time in your career, any hesitations to selecting me for the summer analyst role, (so you get feedback, & they reinforce the good ab you). Followed-up with unique thank yous. Should get the offer if you make it to the 1st round and follow these steps. Non-target, high GPA & undergrad investment club.
Interview Questions
100k Fixed asset 50% cash 50% debt, affects on 3 statements in current year and year later. superday technical question.

I first was selected to interview on campus after networking a bit. It was a simple interview but had lots of behaviorals that involved telling stories
Interview Questions
They asked me about a time I worked with data or had trouble working in a group. I was not expecting such specific behaviorals
