Interview
First round was a screening with a higher up (VP/Director) on the acquisitions team. Went over basic fit questions. Second round was called in for an in person interview. Was grilled on all my past deal experience and the valuation/rational for each deal. Also went over what the company looks for in an investment with a mini case study comparing two investments on a purely qualitative level.
