It started of with a call from the recruiter and he asked general motivation questions such as why insurance. Then i was invited to the Assessment Centre where we had to do a group task, then we had our 1-1 interviews with the team and they asked questions such as tell me a time you had to work with someone difficult and tell me a time where you got something wrong and what qualities would you want in a worker.
