1. Online Application with questions on why the division and why the bank and highlighting achievements
2. Online Test - SHL
3. Telephone interview: Asked all behavioural questions and why Westpac, example of good customer service and teamwork
4. Assessment Centre: 3on1 interview. 50/50 mix of behavioural and technical. Technical was about macro market conditions (e.g. why has the australian dollar been so high?)
Group presentation involved a case study where we were given a hypothetical company with several investment options, had to decide on which one is the best order of investment options and why
1on1 Presentation. Had to simulate a meeting with a manager (give a debrief on a case study that we were given 20minutes to read)
