These include of selection questions, transcripts, and resume uploads.

An automated confirmation is then sent.

There is an internal review review each online application against the selection criteria and the requirements of each business area. We let you know the outcome by phone or email.

The next stage is aptitude testing.

If this is successful, there is then a phone interview.

You will then be asked to attend an assessment centre session.

The assesment centre includes a role play with skills testing, behavioural questions, and a group activity (we had a debate).

From there, there is reference and police checks.

If you are successful for the Westpac Group Graduate Program, they then give you a verbal offer, followed by a formal written offer, employment contract and further information welcoming you to the Westpac Group.
