We currently manage approximately $500 million and commit $5 to $30 million of equity to companies in a variety of recapitalization, growth, buyout and consolidation transactions. We build supportive relationships with management teams and tailor investment structures to accommodate the needs of all shareholders, enabling us to act as either a minority or majority investor.
