The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
When I first interviewed it was on campus with two members of the accounting department. They asked mostly behavioral questions. I was asked very few technical questions throughout the entire interview. They were both very nice and ensured me that this was an interview for an internship with the intent of it becoming a full time job.
Interview Questions
In my interview the first question I remember being asked was "How much do you know about accounting" to which I rambled a long somewhat well thought out response, mostly reassuring my interest in accounting not so much stating facts. Another question that I was asked was the typical "Name a time when you were in a team situation and you weren't happy with the outcome/you failed. What was your response?" One last question I had was also to be expected, "What do you like about Weyerhaeuser?" Both of the last two questions yielded easy responses given a little research and preparedness for those kinds of questions.
