Intern

Found the company through networking with alumni and after they gave me some contacts, someone told me to reach out to a current VP at Whitehall & Company. I had a good networking phone call with the VP for about 30 minutes I asked if he knew anybody else to reach out to etc. He didn't give me contact but he mentioned that they were looking for an intern during the school year and to send him over my resume and academic schedule.

He got back to me a few days later and had an analyst interview a week later. That interview was about 30 minutes. The typical why IB question, why this sector, etc. Some behavioral questions, questions about where my general skills rank, and questions about what M&A is and capital markets to gauge my understanding. Nothing really technical. Got an email about a week later with an offer letter attached.
