First interview was largely behavioural and experiential, with emphasis on why secondaries. Some basic technicals around private asset class returns and multiples. Second round was purely fit & conversational, talked a lot around fit w/ culture and situationals, also more about interest in secondaries.

Interview
Applied and heard back within less than a week. The interview was purely technical and included employees from different divisions. Your typical lbo questions and a few other basic technicals to do with valuation. The interview was actually pretty length, almost an hour but the interviewers super nice and it went by fast. However, it was a bit odd how it was so focused on techincals.
Interview Questions
I would say some unexpected m&a questions (sorry, don't remember specifics)
