The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Started with a one-on-one interview with a non-finance person at the firm. This interview was mainly fit and behaviorals. Went through resume, some simple situations, greatest weakness, so on. After this interview I was asked to provide work samples. This led to a final interview with a more research-oriented member of the firm. This interview was much more technical. Questions about whether or not I followed the markets, what companies I knew well, examples of companies I had found to be undervalued, etc. Very conversational, I probably spent as much time being taught things as I did answering questions.
Interview Questions
Can you share an example of a time where you believed a firm to be undervalued? Why was the market wrong?
Do you know about the efficient market hypothesis? What is your opinion on it? Are markets efficient?
How much do you know about the chapter 11 process? Can you give me a quick outline of what would happen to a company going through this process?
