Started with a phone call with a school alum. Had 1-2 conversations with him that were more informational. He referred me to the associate that leads the internships and I had an informational 30min interview that was more behavioral and general (ie: why valuation, walk me through your resume, etc). 3 days after they reached out and said I made it to the second round. This interview was with another associate where the interview was 40% behavioral, 60% technical. Most were typical finance questions: valuation methods, walk me through a DCF. After the second round they offered me the internship within 2 weeks.

Nothing too unexcepted. I had prior valuation experience so they asked about valuation adjustments you would make for privately held companies.
