1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started through employee referral. HR later contacted me and set up a 30 minute interview. Interview consisted of fit based questions: why Chicago why us why this group. Week later HR reached out to set up an interview session to meet the juniors. Video interview with two analysts and one associate all one on on. Didn’t hear back after. No technical questions but many questions regarding recent deals and what is going on in the markets.
