Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st Interview was a phone call with an analyst at the firm that consisted of various behavioral questions and a few technical questions, mostly related to software as that is the area I had applied to. 2nd interview involved an interview with 2 associates at the firm that was more behavioral heavy. Final round involved 5 1-on-1 interviews consisting of 2 technical rounds and 3 behaviorals with members ranging from analysts to VPs to MDs. Technicals focused on financial statements and paper LBO models while behaviorals were focused on my overall industry interests and experiences.
