Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied on the company website for a position in both Chicago and New York locations, after initially viewing the job posting on LinkedIn. I received an initial phone screen (~20 minutes long) two days after I applied. After the call, I exchanged emails to set up a follow-up phone interview for the Chicago office. The phone interview consisted of 1 hr with 2 research associates (both were on the phone at the same time). Both were with the company for a few (3+) years. Overall, HR was very nice and accommodating. The questions asked were a mix of behavioral/technical questions. My impression of the company culture was that it was "collegial" (they used this word to describe work environment multiple times). If you get an interview here, make sure you know your stuff, The entire process took less than two weeks.
