Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round phone with associate after meeting with firm in Chicago for school trip. Basic behavioral, why Blair, three basic technical, and questions I had about blair. Really liked the firm culture and Chicago office. Lots of people from the Midwest and many graduates of the university of Chicago. Some of the analysts/associates I met were from non targets as well such as ohio state, Miami, etc. Did not get superday but heard it is 7-8 30 minute interviews.
