Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had a coffee chat from my campus recruiting team that was basically a first round interview. From there, I received a first round interview invitation, which consisted of 2 analysts interviewing me with behaviorals and technicals for 30 minutes. They did include a Paper LBO. From there, I had a superday which was 4 30-minute interviews with VPs and MDs, with a primary focus on behaviorals. One of the interviews was a a paper LBO which was harder than the first one. I received the offer 2 hours after my superday.
