Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I cold-emailed a managing director. After not hearing from him for a week I followed up. This time I was redirected to a 1st year analyst who set up a time with me to interview. He asked me to walk through my resume, why i-banking, and after mentioning my interest in tech I was asked to elaborate. He then asked me a few questions about the financial statements and about DCF.
