The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
There was a one-day super-day to start with and around 25 candidates in attendance. We were asked to do IQ, logic and language reasoning tests and we also did 3 interviews lasting 45 minutes each. Each interview was with a panel of 2-3 senior employees at Executive Director level.

Following the super-day, candidates are invited back for 1-to-1 interviews with hiring managers in different business units until one offers a full time role. I had 4 final interviews with different departments before accepting an offer in reinsurance.
