Executive Associate

Received the interview through MBA career portal after M&T’s presentation on campus. Had a short, mostly behavioral interview with a recruiter at the campus career center, which was pretty laid back and conversational. I was invited to Wilmington Trust’s headquarters in Wilmington, DE for a final group interview. I met with four different team members including the two group heads. Questions mostly centered on my background and why I was interested in the position. I received a full time offer within a week or two of the final interview. This was for a summer MBA internship position, which I accepted. I later accepted a full time offer presented at the end of the internship.
