Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I applied online, got a first round phone interview. After the first round I was invited to their office where I interviewed with their whole team 1 on 1 (9 people). After the interviews I was asked to complete a case study. All the interviews were behavioral and fit.
Interview Questions
The most difficult or unexpected interview question was probably the case study. The case study took about an hour to complete and involved reading and interpreting/writing in a professional manner. It wasn't extremely difficult per say, but was time consuming and you needed to understand the context of the commentary to be able to write relevant answers. The other questions were basic behavior/fit questions as well as walk me through your resume and talking about previous experiences. All in all, not a hard interview.
