Interview
I applied online through my school's career directory and got invited to a group interview around a week later. Only some basic questions were asked by the company's owner Andy Zubia- things like walk me through your resume, what do you hope to gain by the internship. The more important thing is to appear sociable and passionate- one guy who showed up late to the interview was so likable/ passionate he got hired on the spot. Everyone ended up getting the offer.
Interview Questions
I think the most unexpected question asked was "What do you see yourself using this experience as?". Another one that tripped one of the other applicants up was "Why are you interested in finance?". Lastly, one that a few people struggled with were the academics geared questions like "How invested are you in your classes? What grades do you get? Do you think you'll be able to juggle this job along with your classes and extracurricular activities? What extracurriculars are your favorites/ etc. Just be prepared to talk about yourself.
