The Interview Experience is a score from 1 star (very negative) to 5 stars (very positive) generated based on the Interview Insights at this company.

The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
First round is a coding test. One needs to simulate a random walk. The last question involves some computations of probabilities, which needs to be programed.
Next round is some probability questions and brainteasors, which one can refer to HEARD ON STREETS.
Interview Questions
The most difficult question might be the final question in the coding test. Since it is started by a simulation process for a simple version 3*3 matrix, one could think that perhaps it might apply for general case of 30*30 matrix, but instead after analyzing the complexity, it is impossible. It took me some time to return to the transition matrix, and I used another half hour to complete the programming by Python. By contrast, in simulation step it cost me 240 sec to get the answer, while using transition matrix only cost no more than 10 sec. And this is the correct answer.
