Trader Intern

Inititally contacted for a phone interview after applying online. Standard questions for industry (why trading, why wolverine) followed by a few typical brainteasers. Asked if i knew anything about options and a basic open ended questions on the weaknesses of BS Model. Contacted for a second interview, more of the same. Asked a lot of stranger questions to get a better feel of thing (what do you think about bitcoins, the fact that pro athletes are so overpaid, etc). Onsite interview consisted of a presentation from CEO, interview with a partner, HR, trader, trader shadow, two math tests (one mental, one long) and a dinner. Very cool place to work, positive interview experience. But no offer.
