Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got a random invitation for a phone-screening interview after talking to them at an on-campus career fair. My interviewer was a senior quantitative analyst at the firm. It was more of a walk-me-through-resume, behavioral type of interview just to make sure I had a genuine interest in prop trading. Lasted for about an hour.
