A job was posted to my schools job board. I was then contacted by Danny Woodbury for an interview. It was a basic interview where I was asked what about Real Estate finance I found interesting. I thought It went well but they never responded to me again.

If you needed to find the number of hours all high rise cranes in the United states operate in a year how would you do it? It was a question to test how I thought about the issue. I said well first I would look and see if there is a published number already to not waste time.
