What we do:

Woodside Capital makes debt and equity investments in distressed and underperforming lower middle-market companies.

What we invest in:

Debt Investments — Woodside will purchase senior and or subordinated debt of individual companies or portfolios comprised of multiple debt investments. We will also buy a lender’s position in a company in order to provide certainty of repayment during a recapitalization or sale process.

Equity Investments — Woodside will make control equity investments in distressed companies with the potential to improve given proper direction and financial/structural support. The Woodside team has the operational expertise to address the underlying business challenges that create financial distress.
