Summer Investment Intern

I applied through a popular job board. Was sent an email to virtually schedule a first round call with a recruiter. This call was simple, asked basic questions about real estate, my experience, my knowledge of the firm, and commercial awareness. I was told at the end of the call that I would be moved to the next round. The next round was also with a recruiter - it was fairly challenging. I was asked for 2 deal walkthroughs, the interest rates and inflation rates in the 2 main geographies, views on real estate, data centres, geopolitics, good investment opportunities. What would I invest in if I had £100mm etc. Was asked random calcuation (some 2-digit times a 3-digit number). After 2nd round was told I passed, waited 3 weeks then had another round with firm itself. Talked through experience on CV and background in real estate modeling.
