Interview
I was initially referred to an MD of the group via a mutual friend. Spoke briefly with the MD who decided to put me through the interview process. Interview wasn't very technical. The interview was with a VP at the group. Was called back a couple weeks later and extended an offer. My interview experience was a more atypical one from what I saw while I was there. Usually they did a phone interview with some technical questions and then brought you in where 3-5 people would interview you one on one or two on one.
