First it was an IQ/Intelligence test which contains aptitude test. After this process only few candidates gets selected for 1 on 1 technical interview which goes around for like an 1.5 hour where questions were asked on your specific skills and previous projects.
Final round is HR which comprises of what work you are going to do.
Interview Questions
Aptitude test was the unexpected ones. Then small details or functions about the skill is asked.Like I was interviewed for SQL ,so they asked me to write basic queries on finding out 2nd highest or 3rd highest salary.
Difference between the basic functions like UNION and UNION ALL. Difference between joins by giving us some data and find out the output.
On project what was your role ,what are he difficulties and how you overcome it.What should be the other ways to overcome it and why you have taken that particular way only.
