Interview
After applying online I had a phone call with the recruiter, about motivation. Then I was invited to the office to conduct one interview with two senior risk managers. About myself, my skills, and my motivation.

After this step I was hired.
Interview Questions
I was asked to explain how I would fit in with the company, and how and if I would adjust myself to fit in better. Furthermore, they were adamant to know why and how I was going to add value to the firm. They found skills important, but personality, proactivity, mindset and discipline were emphasized even more.

The most difficult questions were about the Black-Scholes model, standard in finance, but surprising since the work would not involve any form of Black-Scholes at all (draw payoff, what is delta, what is hedging, do you know more greeks?). Questions about interest rate curves, and the Vasicek model (characteristics), were also asked. These were of less depth, but more related to the actual job.
