I applied online. I was contacted by HR for an initial phone screen, going over my background and why I was looking to lateral. The next step was 3 virtual interviews with an associate, sr. associate, and the VP. After this, I was given two modelling tests. After passing the modeling tests, I was invited to a final round in the NY office. Here I talked with all the analysts, associates, and was interviewed by the SMD and the MD. They asked me about myself, traditional technicals, and case studies.
