Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Typical HR phone interview. standard behavioral questions. HR is very all over the place. It took over two weeks just to hear back from HR regarding the next steps. The HR person seemed to not really know how to run the interview. Talked to MD on the phone. Next steps were to take model test and excel test. took 2 weeks just to schedule a time to take the test. Be prepared the excel test is not revenant to IB at all. Also, model test was given. Not realistic at all. If you memorize how a model flows you will be fine.
