Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and the company reached out with multiple time slots to come into their offices for an interview. I met with two individuals, an associate and an MD. The interview with the associate was about my story, standard fit questions, and then a few technical questions. The interview with the MD was more about my prior experience and the mechanics of the business model at my previous shop. They said the next interview would have been a skills assessment/case study with a presentation.
It was a small boutique with only a half dozen or so team members in the office, but everyone seemed very close.
