It was 2 total rounds, including a first round with an associate director that was evenly split between behavioral and technical questions. There was also a super day in-person in their Houston office that consisted of 4 total meetings with analysts, associate directors, and managing directors. The work culture seemed great and the whole team seemed to get along. There was also a lunch with all the candidates after the interviews.

I applied then a couple weeks later I had a phone interview with someone on the team. After that I was given a quick excel test that was pretty easy. Then a week later I was invited to the Superday where I had interviews with everyone on the team. I got an offer about a week later.
