Hi guys, I will be attending my first career fair soon. I would like to know what do you usually prepare beforehand, and what you bring on the event (CVs, Business card?, etc). Should I be a total hardo and try to talk to many people as possible or should I act more relaxed?

Bring absolutely nothing. Take it from someone who has been on the other side of the table at dozens of these. Simply prepare 2-3 good, targeted questions about a handful of firms you are genuinely interested in and aim to impress as best you can. Come off as amicable, interesting and truly curious. If you do get along with people, ask for their name and add them on LinkedIn (some might even add you directly). Send your CV there or ask for their email and send it over within 24 hours of the event. No printed CVs - they go right in the trash and you'll have to send one anyway.
