Why do you think that would be false? Also, why do you want someone to tell you that its false? Why does that seem to be way too much? Where are you getting these really strong opinions from when you don't know much about the topic?

I'm a first-year FLDP at a F50 and our first year total comp ranges from $72k-80k in the midwest (including Chicago). One of my good friends is at a F100 and his first-year comp is $78k in Chicago. Then there is Microsoft's which has been talked to death on here which is $115k.

There are also FLDPs that do pay low 60ks. But there are some that obviously pay more. FLDPs are not structured the same everywhere and certain companies pay finance staff more than others. There is no "street pay" for FLDPs

75k total comp, sure. I'm talking about base though. A 75k base, like that user reported, is too high based on what I know.

If 72-80 is your total comp, what is your base? And what does total comp include?
