I did an interview with LEK a week ago. It's first round and MBA FT hiring.
Many of my friends got rejected and received the email the same day or the next. Several of my friends moved to the final round and got the call. They just received an official schedule and a case workshop invite.
I, however, got nothing. I emailed the recruiter and had no response.
I guess I just got ghosted?
