Investment Banks that accept winter interns
Hi everyone, I recently saw someone get accepted for a winter internship to PJT Partners. Curious to know which LMM or above banks accept interns for the winter period. Hoping to do an internship to convert to FT.

I know DBO does. But seems like all Dartmouth.
Just curious - what're your thoughts on DBO as a bank? Also, Do you know how the process works for it? Is there an application or is it through networking?
I interviewed two rounds there before being cut. People all seemed nice and super close. I think they really focused on fit. Seemed outdoorsy I guess. I’ve heard their culture can be sweaty but that pay is great. When I interviewed in May, it seemed they’d only done one recent mega deal (AMD-Xilinx)
A fraternity brother of mine was able to work in GS ECM with a winter internship and return full time immediately thereafter. I think there are others who do it, but PJT and MS have done this for many years
That's incredible! Do you know how to go about getting these internships? Since they're obviously not promoted as much and it's not common, how do you let it be known that you're looking for a winter internship?
I'll be totally honest here and tell you I have no idea how he got it. I think he was just as shocked as everyone else about getting it too when he did get it. Network and ask about opportunities. That's all I can think of.
