Listing Your Internships On Background Check Form
I have 3 years of full-time experience and just got a new job.
I'm currently filling out background check form and not sure whether to list and specify details for my internships. I listed them on my CV, but they were not that relevant for getting this role.
One internship, despite being a proper 3-month job, was unpaid (no contract), while the other one happened 6 years ago and the HR contact no longer works there. I'm sure I could get in touch with both, but would rather not go through the hassle if not necessary.
Would it be wrong if do not list them on the background check form and what is the likely outcome?
