MSc Finance University of Bath vs University of Edinburgh

Hi, I have received offers from the following universities for MSc Finance:
University of Bath
University of Edinburgh

Which of these would be better for landing a job at Investment Banks in Equity Research Division or Asset Management.

I know there are other universities in London that are meant to be "better" however, they are out of my budget.

I have a couple of friends who went to Edinburgh for the msc. I think it places fairly well, especially in Asset Management, as many of the big AM firms have offices in the city. Do not know how many went on to FO IB, but according to LinkedIn there are plenty of people to network with.

I don't know... Yeah. Almost definitely yes.

That's for UG. In this post, you were referring to master programmes. Il you wanna hear that both are great, look for another forum. They are NOT target school (if we are talkin about masters: Lse, imperial, lbs, oxf, hec, escp, essec, esade, bocconi, St gallen, warwick place better). These are pure facts. If you what to believe us, cool. If you don't want to, just follow thr bullshit you keep tellin yourself to justify the fact that you are not good enough to get info the places i mentioned above

Mate you don't even work at an Investment Bank, I know they are target unis don't need your confirmation I could as well ask a man on the street the same question. You must really believe in the FT rankings hahah, in Fact I got offers to study at some of the unis you mentioned, just not being stupid to pay 3 times more for what I can pay at these two. Talking facts where are those facts? where are the figures? data? anything or is it something you read on the internet and religiously believe it?

Let me clarify one thing, the question was not addressed to people who have not attended those universities or not worked at IBs, so please do not come here with your imagination and opinions based on collected information from Wikipedia and other not reliable sources.

Just moronic guys from non target can answer lol

Plus, your Careersfairplus app or whatever may give you a boost in your petty confidence, but only because you see a hot girl on tinder doesn't mean you're gonna be swiped right. So take a look at the programme prospectus of the two MSc courses you were considering and do me a favour and compare the placement record stated in them to those of tier 1 unis. Then tell me again how they match up
