Wealth Management Bonus Question
Hello,
I’m starting a job tomorrow at a wealth management firm think MS/UBS/Merrill and get to negotiate the bonus. My job title is senior associate but the team internally calls me the lead analyst. The salary is about $80k but I’m wondering how to structure the bonus and what is a fair amount? I have no experience negotiating a bonus only salary. Any suggestions are helpful, thank you!
To clarify, this is in a Texas market, not NYC
