I have been reviewing my notes from that call and wanted to send a follow-up, as I think that you offered up a number of good high-level points to consider as I prepare for some interviews. Tax equity is indeed a complex financial instrument, although I think that you helped me to distill some of the elements, namely the debt-like structure and iterative modeling. I think that this is useful as I prepare, so I wanted to send a thank you, your way.
