I used WS Oasis extensively from 2008-2010. It, lieterally, was responsible for getting me a job at a bulge bracket firm in trading. The interview advice was extremely helpful, to the point where I was asked several exact brain teasers I saw on the forums.

Extremely thorough treatment of LBO modeling (contains 120 lessons, none of the lessons are fluff). I like that they added some useful tips to keep in mind when creating an LBO model in Excel. Unfortunately I am not a finance professional so I can only review this on the basis of a casual learner who was curious about finance. I am not sure how applicable it would be to real world careers but I can definitely say this is a deep introduction for further studying, at the very least.

I am not sure how it compares to other LBO courses in terms of value for money (if there are even other LBO online courses out there), but I do want to emphasize that it is an extremely dense course compared to most other online/MOOC courses so the price (probably) scales accordingly compared to standard online course prices from other services.

Very great resource for finding answers to important niche questions. This community is unmatched by anything else in finance

I'll be honest, WSO was by far the most helpful "mentor" I had throughout my IB recruitment process. The anonymity and community which the site has developed is second to none in the finance community and is the best source of gossip / relevant news in our circle (outside of maybe Litquidity). Keep doing what you're doing and keep to your principles because as of now you are the backbone of the young IB community. A few important topics from my perspective:
- Please, please, please do not add systems of identification (i.e. names, profile pictures) as this would kill the honesty currently provided on the site
- Salary information is somewhat weak, maybe provide folks with an incentive to give accurate salary information (while weeding out the outdated salaries)

I thoroughly enjoyed the process of working on my resume/cover letter with my reviewer/WSO. As someone who is attempting somewhat of an industry transition, I found the feedback and comments to be extremely helpful. I am definitely very happy with the final product.
