I initially applied on their company website for the position and was contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone screen within a week. An in office interview was scheduled for two weeks later that consisted of 4-6 30 minute 1 on 1 interviews. Interviewers consisted of group heads to senior analysts. About two weeks later I received a phone call with the news I had been given an offer.
Interview Questions
Questions were very rates focused as they deal mainly in IG Corporate debt.
There is a heavy emphasis on culture and fit in the interview process. They like to promote from within. People are often hired for entry level back office roles and promoted to front office positions as they become available.
