Initial phone screening with standard personality and behavioral questions with human resources. Second round interview consisted of additional behavioral questions/scenario (e.g. name a time when..., strengths/weaknesses) with a hiring manager and an analyst/associate. Light technical questions (dealing with bond markets, financial statements, about the company). General summary of their expectations for the position.
