The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
it was a zoom call. Took about 30 minutes total. I planned for about 2 weeks once my appointment was confirmed and studied to be prepared for anything. They asked majority fit questions and some random questions looking to see how you think. I would definitely try to be friendly and build rapport with the interviewers. Being comfortable I think made the interviews go much smoother.

They hire select people for their program in Chicago. I was in NY, they compensate for all housing and transportation + pro rated pay for 12 weeks. Its a feeder program into their 2 year analyst program where you have 6 month assignments around the world. Quite selective for a pharma company but overall a good, challenging process.

Interview
At the time I was interviewing Abbott Capital only had 96 employees, and it seemed to me that even though they are definitely looking for a great fit for the position, they were also considering how would a person fit within their "family". I was contacted by a recruiter about the opportunity, and he scheduled an interview the very next day. I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. The first interview was with the hiring manager, who asked me many behavioral questions, and the second interview was with a group of peers that I would be working with. Overall, the interview itself wasn't very difficult, and definitely not stressful. They have told me that their company has monthly luncheons were everyone can mingle with each other, and that impressed me. I would say that overall the process was very fair, even though I wasn't selected as a candidate, I have good memories. What impressed me the most is how straightforward the manager was with his questions and what he's looking in a candidate.
